Storage and security of personal information
- Data may only be used for the specific purposes for which it was collected.
- Data must not be disclosed outside the partner institutions of the Neurasmus Consortium without the consent of the individual whom it is about.
- In accordance with the Data Protection legal framework, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data pertaining to your registration by contacting the Neurasmus Office.
If a Candidate is selected (proposed for a scholarship, put on the reserve list, or enrolled on a self paying basis) his data may be used for the purposes of evaluating the Erasmus Mundus Program and will be made available to the Agency, the EM National Structures, the EU Delegations and the Erasmus Mundus Student and Alumni Association, acting as stakeholders of the program.
Required documents
Photocopies (or e-mailed pdf files) are sufficient for applications. However, you may be asked to provide original documents before the admission process is completed. Moreover, “original” certified copies must be presented always for the final registration (at the Induction weeks). Translation into English is needed now but sworn translation into Spanish or French might be required for the final registration
Data protection
Information collected from applicants will be used only for the purposes for which it was collected and to support the University’s central activities (mainly teaching and research). It also supports procedures which underpin activities such as admission, enrolment, accommodation, examinations, alumni activities and helps us to compile records and statistics.
Information relating to individuals (personal data)
Personal data is collected and used by Neurasmus in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) OJ L 119/1, 4.5.2016.
EACEA´s Privacy Statement
